Image result for dunkin donutsOk so I know I am supposed to be losing this weight and all BUT I found this and had to share. It's just to damn good not to.
So if anyone wants to call me out on previous post just calm your tits cause what I am about to share with you will blow your mind and you too will be running out to the Kroger to get the stuff to make this. SO HA!! (insert me sticking my tongue out at you like one of the kids )

No lie though peeps Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee is literally the next best thing to crack and since I cannot afford crack or Dunkin Donuts I have stumbled upon the greatest proportions of said addiction that's done right in your own home and for A LOT less moolah. (for the ones whom can't take sarcasm, NO I do not smoke crack!)

Google is truly your best friend when it comes to just about anything.
However use caution it can also be your worst enemy.
Any who I happened to find a lady who shared on food.com her DIY version of Dunkins Iced coffee, so I thought ahh what the heck I already had all the ingredients lets give it a go. And ohmygawdddd it is the perfect mix!

Watch out Dunkin this cheap skate is savin her pennies now.

Party Time

*It's A Sleepover Kinda Thing *
Glow Sticks, Fun Dips, Nerds, and Pixie Sticks. Notebooks, cups to decorate and necklaces. A taco bar for dinner and popcorn for later. I knew that if I didn't plan it all out it could be a hurricane sending  me to the nut house. So with itinerary in hand, 2 bottles of wine, a fifth of tequila (haha joking), and my awesome circus trainer skills I went to work/play and NO joke we had a BLAST!!
"This is the BEST sleepover EVER" said one of the girls.

Schedule was as follows:
6pm start time
Dinner
Games (we played charades and freeze dance)
Movie and popcorn @ 11 pm.
Saturday:
Donuts for breakfast
Positive posters
Homemade bath salts/decorate the jar
Scavenger hunt through the neighbor hood
Lunch: coney dogs and chips
Puff paint pillow cases
Take yo butts home at 3 pm. :)
Oh I also as you will see in the pictures, rigged up a photo booth background for them. I just simply hung colored curtains over my curtains that are always there. BINGO BANGO, that simple!
(colored curtains are from Amazon)

Now did it all go as planned, well... for the most part it actually did.
No the times were not exact kids are kids, they have NO concept of time, but we were able to do everything except the scavenger hunt(which they chose not to do, due to the weather) and puff paint pillow cases(which was my fault because I forgot to buy "pillow cases" HA).
We ended up only losing one who just couldn't make it all night away from home. They finally settled around midnight and were all asleep by 1 am.

Saturday came and the donuts were devoured and a gallon of milk giizon. The girls all made their crafts and even made some to take to the one little girl that left. Lunch wasn't as planned when they saw I had stuff for hot ham n cheese, but it worked out nicely. This was a true
SUCCESS!
(all faces have been covered out of respect for the other parties in the pictures.I was not sure of the other parents thoughts of having their children s pictures on the internet so for all reasons I chose to cover them)
*ATTITUDE*
Hahaha
Teens are a BLASSSST, and this one is MINE. HA :)
Positive Boards- These are a great way to build self esteem and encourage positive praise between teens girls. The smiles on their faces(well besides my grouchy monkey) says it all.
They can hang these in their rooms and it serves as an awesome reminder of all the awesome things there friends see in them.

DIY Bath Salts
These were so much fun and smell soooo yummy.
-Ingredients-
2 Cups Epsom salt
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 packet of your choice flavor kool aid
Mix drink mix and salt stir
add coconut oil mix until well blended
store in air tight containers
we used baby food jars, and decorated the jar
NO worries this will NOT dye your skin when in use in the bath
the water to drink mix ratio is to low for that :)

STRIKE A POSE, there's nothing to it.

What's in a name?

PROJECT ALERT!   PROJECT ALERT!!

Before baby Capuchin met this world the mister and I sat down to make this what turned out to be AWESOME wall art that spelled out her name.

Madi!

What you will need:
Walmart letters, they are the cheapest I have found besides online. Now these are not wood but what appears to be some thick cardboard type material, but whatever.. they were CHEAP and worked purrrrrfect!
Walmart acrylic paint. It is literally .50 a bottle and they have a bazillion colors.
I chose to make a white background on them all, and color the pattern I was adding.
I was going for the chevron print look.
My colors were pink, orange, blue and green. We used masking tape to make the pattern. You can do just about anything your imagination can come up with.
Walmart or Dollar Tree ribbon. This can be of any color, size, shape you choose. This is used to hang each letter. I went with black.
Hot Glue to stick the ribbon on the letters.

* A little secret... her 1st birthday is in 2 months and will be Mickey, so I am reusing these letters and making this
How stinking cool will that be. :) I am stoked. Stay tuned for pics. :)

Crafty Wafty

Just a few of last years creations around the holidays.
The ornament is baby monkey's first one. I decided to make it as you see, tradition is buying one each year, but I liked this idea far more. :)
This was super simple.
1. 99 cent plastic ornament from Walmart
2. Garland from the Dollar Tree
3. Acrylic paint 50 cents
4. Confetti left over from a birthday party I scooped up, you could use whatever you like
5. A red bead we had laying around
6. A wooden M that came in a $3 bag of wooden letters also from Wally World

Franky the Pot well he is just a
1 .$1 dollar clay pot from Dollar Tree,
2. Green and black acrylic paint,
3. A black and white paint pen for the smaller detail.
Sooo cute and looked great as a candy dish at Halloween.

Actually found the wooden N at goodwill, grabbed it for a light bulb moment, like this. :)
The rest is just paint, ribbon and wire burlap ribbon
