World's BEST Zucchini Bread

Now I know everyone has their own preference when it comes to texture and so forth, BUT
this isn't just bread, this my peeps is the most moist, melt in your mouth, eat the WHOLE loaf by yourself bread.

!SERIOUSLY!

If you are a zucchini bread lover as I you HAVE to try this recipe, and please please pass it on, tell the world what they are missing.

Recipe:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
3 large eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 c applesauce
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
4 c grated zucchini (I just chopped mine really small in the chopper)
1 c chopped walnuts (optional)
 Recipe makes 2 loaves
DO NOT FILL PAN FULLY, about 1/4 from the top is great

Mix: flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl... set aside
Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, applesauce, sugars, zucchini and nuts together in a bowl
Slowly combine the wet ingredients with the dry, mix well

Grease and flour your 8x4 bread pan
Bake 50-65 min. My oven actually takes about 65 minutes
Poke the middle with a knife and when it comes out all clear you are good to go.
Remove from oven, let cool 20-30 min. run a knife around the edges to help it loosen from the pan, flip upside down onto a plate, turn it over and VOILA you got yo self some awesomeness!!
